Box Condition Disclaimer
Please note that if your product includes a box and the box is damaged or dented upon receipt, we cannot be held responsible and will not accept requests for exchange or refund. The brand boxes are fragile, and no shipping courier (DHL, FedEx, EMS, Aramex) insures boxes against damage during international shipping.
