When you order from epif2017.com, you agree to our return, exchange, and refund policy. Our goal is to be fair and reasonable with our customers, and we expect the same in return.

  • Eligibility for Return/Exchange: We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is damaged or not as ordered. In such cases, you can choose either an exchange (we'll send a new item) or a refund (minus any transfer fees incurred during the refund process) through our chosen refund method.
  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 24-72 working hours once we receive the returned product and your refund details.
  • Damaged Packaging: We are not responsible for damage to the product packaging (e.g., boxes) during shipping, as this is beyond our control. Please note that shipping couriers do not insure packaging against damage during transit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Change of Mind: We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges if you change your mind about your purchase.
  • Clothing, Jewelry, and Shoes: These items follow the sizing of the authentic product brand. We recommend trying the item at an authentic boutique to ensure accurate sizing, as we are not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered.

Return Process

  1. Return Window: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to return an item. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage.
  2. Condition of Items: Items should be unused and in their original packaging, with all protective seals/stickers intact. Items returned in an unsuitable condition will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
  3. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  4. Restocking Fees: For exchanges due to a change in choice, a restocking fee applies: $50 for orders under $400, and $100 for orders over $400.
  5. Responsibility: The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. Ensure they are properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
  6. Proof of Postage: We recommend obtaining proof of postage and a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Processing: Refunds and exchanges will only be processed after we receive the returned product.
  • Non-Refundable Costs: We do not refund import taxes, duty fees, or original shipping costs. Please refer to our shipping policy for more details.

Quality Control Issues

  • If you identify issues during the Quality Control (QC) process, we will manufacture a new product for you. Refunds are only applicable after three attempts to manufacture a perfect product.

Reserved Rights

epif2017.com reserves the right to define, limit, refuse, and/or reject returns/refunds due to:

  • Excessive or irregular return history.
  • Returns involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items.
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Customer Protection

Our Customer Protection Team monitors return histories for signs of fraudulent activity. If necessary, we will contact you to resolve the issue or determine if we need to refuse service.

Additional Notes

  • Exchanges Not Due to Our Fault: If you wish to exchange a product for reasons not related to our fault, you are responsible for all shipping fees. Exchanges will only be processed once we receive the returned product.
